The game was re-released by Lucasfilms Games digitally for the Nintendo Switch in 2020 and the original Xbox version was added to the Xbox Store for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, where it can be played through backwards compatibility.
In between each level of difficulty is a compulsory mission, linked directly to the main story. You need finish only four missions to progress to the next level, though as you get more powers with each of these missions, it's in your best interest to do them all. Unusually, the game takes a free-form yet tiered approach - as an initiate, you can pick any of five missions to take in any order at apprentice level, you gain a set of five new missions and at Jedi Knight level, you get five more. The game consists of progressing through missions assigned by Luke Skywalker or Kyle Katarn until you become a Jedi Knight. Canonically, Jaden was a human male who initially used a purple lightsaber before switching to a single-bladed green one.

You can also choose from a selection of lightsaber hilts and colors, and later in the game can upgrade to Dual Wielding or double-bladed. For anyone wanting to see the force pushed to its limits as a central gameplay mechanic, look no further than The Force Unleashed.In a change from previous entries, Jaden Korr is entirely customizable, with male and female options, several species, as well as multiple hair and clothing variations. Starkiller is an uncommonly powerful force user who, as the game progresses, transforms from an aspiring Sith Lord to a hero of the Rebellion. Force Unleashed does just this by giving the player control of Starkiller, Darth Vader's secret apprentice in between Episodes 3 and 4. Up to this point in Star Wars, no other game put such a visceral emphasis on the force and its power. That said, Star Wars: Bounty Hunter is still remembered rather fondly by many fans of the franchise. As a game from 2002, this is to be expected. Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, however, is known for being rather difficult and suffers from dated controls, level design, and camera movement. While the game is heavily combat-focused, there are quite a few platforming segments as well.
This includes his twin blaster pistols, Jet pack, flamethrower, missiles, and much more. The player is given the opportunity to utilize most if not all of Jango's weapons and gadgets as they progress through the game. Whether this story is still canon is doubtful, however. Along the way, the player is given insight into Jango as a character, his relationships with other characters, and how he ended up meeting Count Dooku and subsequently becoming the basis for the clone army. Star Wars: Bounty Hunter does just that by giving the player control of him in a game that is, as expected, all about his work as a bounty hunter just before the events of Attack of the Clones.
At the time of this game's release, Jango Fett was a brand-new character just waiting to be expanded upon.
